I personally believe Foreign coaches are hired to win, not to build. Finidi George is a builder, but Nigeria, as impatient as Chelsea, hired him amidst the World Cup qualification chaos.

This decision by the NFF was disastrously wrong. Jose Peseiro could have secured our World Cup spot with ease. Finidi's experiments were a grave mistake; imagine Don Ancelotti pulling a Finidi in the UCL against Manchester City—he'd be fired immediately. Nigerians must cut the emotional and patriotic nonsense.

Finidi needs to deliver results now, but unfortunately, he isn't the quick fix we desperately need.
