    Wales failed to qualify for Euro 2024 this summer and in their two friendlies earlier this month, they drew 0-0 with Gibraltar before they were hammered 4-0 by Slovakia.

    Page had guided Wales to their first World Cup in 64 years but they finished bottom of Group B in Qatar following a draw with United States in their opening game.

    Wales reached the Euro 2024 qualifying play-offs but missed out on a place in the tournament this summer after were beaten on penalties by Poland in March.
